This bespoke coaching based programme allows schools to build leadership at many different levels: Senior Leadership, Middle Leadership, New Leaders in Role and those aspiring to Leadership roles in the near future.

The key feature of the programme is facilitating reflection and personal commitment to on going changes.  Stimulus for reflection and development are provided and steered by facilitators, however there is not a set content to be delivered but rather a set of key concepts to explore, discuss and share our thinking and practice on.  It is a generic model that can be applied to working with leaders at all levels and is intended to grow leaders through a facilitated reflective experience, culminating in agreed actions for each session.

The following Professional Skills will be covered and allow delegates to set personal targets and decide upon actions in the following areas:

  • Vision & Strategic Planning
  • Effective Communication
  • Integrity
  • Enthusiasm & Optimism
  • Empathy
  • Competence in Role
  • Delegation
  • Managing Pressure
  • Team Building
  • Problem Solving & Decision Making

The programme is activity based and interactive with theory interjected through the analysis of a professional audit and the completion of a Personal Action Plan.
